The Student Liberation Action Collective (SLAC) is a Williamsburg, Virginia-based anarchist group composed of local students who attend Lafayette High School and the College of William and Mary. The frequent host of what it calls “educational events” against free trade and the Iraq War, SLAC is a member organization of the Virginia Anti-War Network, under whose auspices it has participated in peace rallies along with the local affiliates of such groups as Amnesty International, Catholic Worker, Food Not Bombs, Independent Media Center, Military Families Speak Out, and Pax Christi.
