Former actress/activist Jane Fonda believes the downfall of CBS head honcho Les Moonves, who departed Sunday amid a cascade of sexual assault and misconduct allegations, won’t be the last among powerful entertainment industry executives.
“This has been happening for a long time and it’s been an epidemic of behavior like this on the part of people who have power,” Fonda said Thursday at the L.A. premiere of the HBO documentary Jane Fonda in Five Acts at the Armand Hammer Museum. “I think the #MeToo movement has started an avalanche. And it’s only the beginning.”
