Mohammed Jamal Khalifa was a senior Muslim Brotherhood member who co-founded the Benevolence International Foundation; was a brother-in-law of Osama bin Laden; and helped finance Operation Bojinka (a foiled 1995 plot to simultaneously detonate bombs aboard eleven U.S.-bound airliners in mid-flight). In the 1980s, Khalifa ran the Muslim World League‘s Pakistan office.
He was killed in 2007 in Madagascar.
