GPF also funded a 2009 Kagame lecture hosted by the same organization. Robert Glaser has praised the Rwandan government for being “very progress-oriented and pragmatic.”
* In 2001, GPF held assets totaling $53,667,155. This figure gradually dwindled over the years, to $24.3 million in 2008; to $15,477,040 in 2009; to $13.7 million in 2010; and to $7.6 million in 2012 .
