Women’s March Founder Grilled Over Farrakhan on ‘The View’

January 15, 2019

The View co-hosts grilled Women’s March co-founder Tamika Mallory Monday morning over her refusal to condemn the anti-Semitic remarks of Nation of Islam leader Louis Farrakhan (pictured).

The hosts pointed out that many feel the Women’s March founders have not done enough to distance the movement from links to anti-Semites. Mallory herself had called the controversial Farrakhan the “greatest of all time because of what he’s done in black communities.”

Host Meghan McCain said, “A lot of people, by a lot of people I include me in this, think you’re using your organization as anti-Semitism masked in activism and that you’re using identity politics to shield yourself from critiques.”
