In divorce filings obtained by The New York Post, the wife of a Democrat consultant declared that her husband recently engaged in an extramarital affair with Rep. Ilhan Omar, Breitbart reports.
Dr. Beth Jordan Mynett said her husband Tim Mynett admitted to having an affair with Omar in April of this year. Dr. Mynett also alleges that her spouse dropped a “shocking declaration of love” for Omar and dumped her soon after, according to filings submitted Tuesday to the Superior Court of the District of Columbia.
“The parties physically separated on or about April 7, 2019, when Defendant told Plaintiff that he was romantically involved with and in love with another woman, Ilhan Omar,” the documents read.
The Somali-born radical leftist has already courted controversy over joint tax returns filed with her now-estranged husband Ahmed Hirsi before they were actually married and while Omar was legally wed to another man. There are also suspicions that her previous husband is Omar’s brother.
