Louis Farrakhan, the Nation of Islam leader who in a recent tweet said he was not prejudiced against Jewish people but was simply “anti-Termite,” will be allowed to continue to use the social media platform.
Farrakhan posted a video of himself Tuesday speaking at an event in Detroit, during which he addressed “the members of the Jewish community that don’t like me.” In a caption to the video, he wrote: “I’m not an anti-Semite. I’m anti-Termite.”
A Twitter spokesperson said that Farrakhan’s account would not be suspended because his message was not adverse to any policies currently in effect.
