President Trump expressed disappointment that House Speaker Nancy Pelosi walked back her invitation for the State of the Union address on Wednesday.
“The State of the Union has been canceled by Nancy Pelosi because she doesn’t want to hear the truth,” Trump said during a meeting with conservative leaders on the shutdown and a possible immigration deal with Democrats.
“She is afraid of the truth and the super-left Democrats, the radical Democrats, what’s going on in that party is shocking,” Trump added.
