Stewart, Streisand, More Celebs Demand Trump Conviction

Predictably, virtue-signaling Hollywood celebrities spewed anti-Trump hatred Tuesday on Twitter in ideological lockstep about the former President’s impeachment trial, all demanding to see a quick conviction for a crime Trump didn’t commit.

Former longtime Comedy Channel propagandist Jon Stewart joked that Trump was assigned “a shitty Public Defender.”

Democrat mega-fundraiser and former entertainer Barbra Streisand, who campaigned for Joe Biden, tweeted that lead House impeachment manager Rep. Jaime Raskin’s testimony about the January 6 riot “moved me to tears.”

Former All in the Family “Meathead” and legal expert Rob Reiner declared prematurely, “It’s clear. Trump has no case.”

Such astute political analysts as Alyssa Milano, Bette Midler, Debra Messing, George Takei, and Patricia Arquette joined in with similarly unenlightening commentary during the trial’s first day. Some of them even made fun of Trump’s defense attorney David Schoen for touching his head as he drank from a glass of water — a religious custom for some observant Jews.

As their social media blatherings indicate, there is no more intolerant, hypocritical, self-righteous, politically uninformed, ideologically conformist demographic in the country than Hollywood celebrities.
