‘Squad’ Proposes Bill to Defund Police, Offer Reparations

July 10, 2020

In a virtual meeting on Tuesday, far-left “Squad” Reps. Rashida Tlaib and Ayanna Pressley (pictured) partnered with the coalition Movement for Black Lives to promote a bill that will usher in “a new vision for public safety, one that protects and affirms black lives.”

The “BREATHE Act” includes radical proposals to defund the police, abolish ICE, eliminate state gang databases, establish a commission to design reparations, and develop curricula that “examine the political, economic, and social impacts of colonialism, genocide against indigenous people, and slavery.”

“Today, I am proud to join the calls coming out of one of the largest movements for justice that my district and our country have ever seen to say unapologetically: I support the #BREATHEAct,” Tlaib tweeted.

This has nothing to do with justice and everything to do with a “fundamental transformation” of America into a lawless, open-borders, socialist “utopia” in which racial payback is extorted from the white population and youth are indoctrinated to despise their own country.
