Former VP Joe Biden’s second sexual harassment accuser on Monday compared him to disgraced Sen. Al Franken and suggested he not seek the White House.
Amy Lappos said in an interview with The Washington Examiner that in 2009 when she was a congressional aide to Rep. Jim Himes, Biden “put his hand around my neck and pulled me in to rub noses with me. I thought he was going to kiss me on the mouth. This is the Al Franken thing all over again,” she said, referring to the Minnesota senator (pictured) who resigned after several women alleged sexual misconduct.
“Joe Biden can’t keep his hands to himself. I’ve been hearing things and reading things for so long and I just had to say something,” Lappos added. She urged Biden not to run for President but to “throw his support behind” one of the “four other talented women.”
