“Senate Democrats are not going to waste any time taking on the biggest challenges facing our country and our planet,” Schumer said. “I’ve already instructed the incoming Democratic chairs of all relevant committees to begin holding hearings on the climate crisis in preparation for enacting President [Joe] Biden’s Build Back Better agenda, which includes major climate legislation.”

He continued: “As we all know, climate change touches virtually every aspect of our economy and involves virtually every aspect of public policy,” adding that “the Democratic majority will pursue a whole of Senate approach” on the topic.

Actually, what we all know is that combating so-called climate change is going to be an economy-busting, big-government Democrat boondoggle that will soak taxpayers and enrich globalist, political elites while having virtually no effect on the climate.
