Schiff: No Indication Yet Trump Is Under Investigation by the DOJ

Sunday on NBC’s Meet the Press, anti-Trump propagandist Rep. Adam Schiff (D-CA) said he had not seen “any indication” that the former President is under investigation by the Department of Justice.

Regarding the ongoing show trial about the January 6, 2021 Deep State setup designed to paint Trump and his supporters as domestic terrorists, the inveterate liar Schiff said, “It certainly seems that there’s a greater sense of urgency than I’ve seen before. At the same time, I have yet to see any indication that the former president himself is under investigation. And I concur with what Judge Carter out in California said, that there’s sufficient evidence to believe the former president violated multiple federal laws. And you can’t hold anyone immune. You can’t say there’s a different standard, different rule of law for former presidents. Particularly when you took the position while they were in office that they couldn’t be indicted.”

Fact check: if there were any real evidence that Trump violated multiple laws, action would have been taken by now. There is zero evidence, so the Democrats just drag this circus out with rumors of evidence to keep this sham investigation in the news.

Asked if the attorney general could be struggling with the decision to indict Trump because “there are no good outcomes to this,” Schiff continued to blather, “Well, I think it’s a very difficult decision, but I don’t think it’s a difficult – that is, to prosecute. It’s not a difficult decision to investigate when there’s evidence before you…”

Once again, there is no evidence or the Democrats would already have pounced.

Asked what would happen if Trump is prosecuted but “gets off,” Schiff added, “Well, that’s always a risk. But the fact is, if you follow the evidence where it leads, if you believe that you can prove beyond a reasonable doubt, then you have a duty to prosecute. And the decision not to investigate or not to prosecute becomes a political decision that, well, this person is immune from the rule of law.”

For the last time: there is no evidence. That’s why Schiff repeatedly has to go before his accomplices in the media to assure them there is. If he and his fellow treasonous comrades had one iota of proof beyond a reasonable doubt, they would have concluded this long ago.
