Wednesday on CNN’s The Lead, lifelong communist Senator Bernie Sanders declared luicrously that the GOP has become a “right-wing extremist party,” adding that Republicans were unwilling to “do the right thing for the American people.”
“I do not believe that there are ten Republican senators who are prepared to take on the wealthy and the powerful and special interests and do the right thing for the American people,” Sanders said. “I know that sounds very partisan, but that just is the reality.”
The reality is that it is the Democrats who constitute and/or represent the wealthy, powerful special interests in America. It is the left that refuses to do the right thing for the American people. The Democrat Party will happily put every single American out of work if it helps further their power-mad agenda.
He added, “The Republican Party has moved over the years to away from being what we call center, right party to being rather a right-wing extremist party.” This is leftist projection. It is the Democrat Party that has demonstrably moved over the years from center-left to extremism. It takes an extraordinary degree of self-delusion, mendacity, or hypocrisy to claim otherwise.
