After First Lady Melania Trump was booed Tuesday while speaking to a Baltimore high school about the opioid crisis, filmmaker and anti-Trump hysteric Rob Reiner took to Twitter to assert that she deserved the rude behavior because she is married to “a Criminal.”
“Don’t think I’ve ever heard of a First Lady being booed. But when you’re married to a Criminal who’s destroying Democracy, it comes with the territory,” Reiner tweeted smugly. This came a day after a Twitter message in which he claimed, yet again, that President Trump is guilty of “voluminous Impeachable Offenses”:
“There is no question: This President is a Criminal who has committed voluminous Impeachable Offenses. The evidence is overwhelming. The path has been cleared for principal witnesses to testify. Be Patriots. Come forward. End this Nightmare. Save Democracy.” It’s unclear why Reiner capitalizes random words.
The students should be chastised for their disrespectful behavior, but Reiner and his leftist cohorts encourage the shunning and ostracizing of political opponents.
