Reid: World Cares About Ukraine Because It’s White and Christian

Another day, another race-mongering rant from MSNBC propagandist Joy Reid.

Monday on her show The ReidOut, Reid predictably claimed that the world is paying attention to the Russian invasion of Ukraine only because it was “white and largely Christian.”

Reid said, “As the world watches the devastation unfold in Ukraine, nearly 4000 miles away, another crisis is deepening that we don’t hear much about in the U.S., that is, the war in Yemen.”

She continued, “We’re seeing Ukraine is absolutely the worst humanitarian crisis that Europe has seen in decades, but we haven’t witnessed the same type of solidarity for the Yemenis as we do for the Ukrainians… Let’s face it, the world is paying attention because this is happening in Europe. If this was happening anywhere else, would we see the same outpouring of support and compassion?”

Yes, we would, if it served the desperate Democrat need to exploit a diversionary crisis, which is the real reason the left is obsessing over Putin and Ukraine.

“We don’t need to ask ourselves if the international response will be the same if Russia unleashed their horror on a country that was not white and largely Christian because Russia has already done it in Syria,” Reid continued. “There is a lot of soul-searching that we need to do in western media about why some wars and the lives seem to matter more than others and why some refugees get a welcome mat while others get the wall.”

The tiresome demagogue Reid reduces every issue to racism because her agenda demands that she exacerbate racial tensions in America. It’s the leftist way.
