A new poll puts former first lady Michelle Obama and former Vice President Joe Biden in a tie for the favorite 2020 presidential candidate among Democrats.
According to a Hill-HarrisX poll released Tuesday, 25% of Democrat voters said they would back either Obama or Biden for the nomination, even though neither Democrat has declared a candidacy for president in 2020.
When factoring in independant voters, Biden beats Obama by 1%, with Biden at 23% and Obama at 22%.
