House Speaker Nancy Pelosi told reporters on Wednesday that Majority Leader Mitch McConnell and other Senate Republicans blocked Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer’s request for unanimous consent to approve $2,000 stimulus checks for Americans because the GOP possesses “an endless tolerance for other people’s sadness.”

“Who is holding up that distribution to the American people? Mitch McConnell and the Senate Republicans,” Pelosi claimed falsely, demonizing Republicans as being “in denial of the hardship that the American people are experiencing now.”

“So they’re in denial of that need in denying this benefit,” lied the wealthy Pelosi, who has enriched herself and her family relations like tyrannical CA governor Gavin Newsom at the expense of the American people. “I do hope that in the days ahead… that they will see the light and understand what the suffering that is going on in our country,” she continued, noting that it is simply “amazing to see the patience that some people have with other people’s suffering.”

“These Republicans in the Senate seem to have an endless tolerance for other people’s sadness,” she added.

What’s endless is the capacity of Democrat elitists for hypocrisy, projection, and corruption. The economic suffering of Americans in this pandemic is entirely the fault of the big-government, power-mongering left.
