Parkland father Andrew Pollack, who lost his daughter in the Valentine’s Day high school massacre, called out House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) for resisting President Trump’s efforts to protect teachers and students.
Trump’s School Safety Commission submitted a report presenting steps that could heighten school safety, including adding more armed personnel on campus. Pelosi described the report as an attempt “to roll back students’ civil rights and fill our classrooms with deadly firearms.”
“You dishonor Parkland’s legacy and endanger other kids for retweets,” Pollack responded on Twitter.
