Former sports broadcaster and unemployable blowhard Keith Olbermann is back in the public eye, seemingly striving to earn the title of his former MSNBC segment, “The Worst Person in the World.”
On Tuesday, during an unhinged rant about President Trump, Olbermann said the president should be given the “death penalty” for “each count” of the 220,000 Americans who have died from the coronavirus. In addition, Olbermann spewed that Trump is a “mentally incompetent, inhuman, dumb bastard.”
You may recall that in another recent rant, Olbermann called Trump supporters “maggots” who should all be “prosecuted.” He railed that “Trump can be and must be expunged. The hate he has triggered, the Pandora’s box he has opened, they will not be so easily destroyed.” He concluded that Trump and his supporters must all be “removed from society.” If Sean Hannity said something similar about leftists, he would be blasted for “hateful rhetoric” and inciting violence.
Olbermann is not a political commentator. He doesn’t have the brains or insight for that. He is a performance artist faking righteous anger for his audience of basement-dwelling Antifa-wannabes who enjoy his bombastic flights of demagoguery.
