MS-13 Gang Member Gets 20 Years for Deadly Machete Attack

November 20, 2019

Manuel Amaya-Alvarez, a 22-year-old illegal alien and member of the savage MS-13 gang, was sentenced to 20 years in federal prison this week for helping attack four people in an Irving, Texas, park that resulted in the murder of a woman.

As reported by Breitbart News, in September 2017, Amaya-Alvarez and four MS-13 compatriots plotted to murder three men and a woman. The gang members lured the four victims to a park where they robbed and attacked them with machetes and clubs. The men managed to flee but the woman was unable to escape and eventually died from her machete-inflicted injuries. Two of the men who fled also suffered serious injuries.

Amaya-Alvarez, who pleaded guilty in May to four counts of violent crime in aid of racketeering, admitted to prosecutors that he belonged to the El Salvador-based MS-13, which has spread across the United States thanks to the nation’s lack of immigration controls.

MS-13’s growth is boosted by open-borders Democrats who prioritize potential immigrant voters over citizens.
