In a statement delivered Tuesday, “Creepy Porn Lawyer” Michael Avenatti announced that he has decided not to run for president in 2020, “out of respect” for his family’s concerns.
“After consultation with my family,” the statement read, “I have decided not to seek the Presidency of the United states in 2020. I do not make this decision lightly – I make it out of respect for my family. But for their concerns, I would run.”
Avenatti said in his statement that he will continue to represent porn star Stormy Daniels and “others against Donald Trump and his cronies.” He added that he “will not rest until Trump is removed from office, and our republic and our values are restored.”
