Mayorkas: White House Supports Amnesty For Illegals ‘100%’

Breitbart News reports that President Biden is ditching his unpopular idea of making huge cash payouts to border crossers subjected to former President Trump’s “Zero Tolerance Policy,” and instead plans to give them amnesty to permanently resettle in the U.S. — a plan which Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas supports “100 percent.”

The open-borders enthusiast Mayorkas told NBC News: “We are advocating to Congress that they provide these individuals with legal status — that requires a statutory change. The White House is 100 percent supportive of it, as am I, and we continue to advocate vigorously for it.”

Amnesty for the border crossers would end up being even more lucrative than the previously-suggested $450,000 payouts, as it would allow them to secure green cards and, eventually, naturalized American citizenship that they could then use to bring an unlimited number of foreign relatives to the U.S. through “chain migration.”

Angel Families, who have lost loved ones to crimes committed by illegal aliens, have previously expressed in a statement last year that “none of these illegal aliens deserve anything more than a removal back to their country of origin… [W]hat does the government owe the families who have been victimized by illegal aliens, often forever?”
