Kamala: I’m ‘Proud’ of Accused Sex Offender Jacob Blake

September 8, 2020

Sen. Kamala Harris told wounded, alleged sexual assaulter Jacob Blake Jr. on Monday that she is “proud of him and how he is working through his pain,” according to Blake family attorney Benjamin Crump.

Blake was shot by police last month after resisting arrest, refusing to obey verbal commands, and reaching for a weapon in his car when confronted about his warrant for “third-degree sexual assault, trespassing and disorderly conduct.” He has since become a Black Lives Matter martyr and inspired rioting around the country.

He has also apparently become a hero to Kamala Harris, who was at the forefront of the ugly demonization of Judge Brett Kavanaugh, during his Supreme Court confirmation hearing, over a decades-old, unsubstantiated accusation of sexual assault. She is also the running mate of Joe Biden, who also has been accused of sexual assault. Kamala initially sided with Biden’s accusers — until she didn’t.

In a statement, Crump noted that Blake “told Sen. Harris that he was proud of her, and the senator told Jacob that she was also proud of him and how he is working through his pain.” So much for #BelieveAllWomen.
