Jen Psaki Falsely Claims Trump Told People to ‘Inject Bleach’

December 2, 2021

Confronted by the fact that more Americans have died from COVID under incompetent hypocrite President Joe Biden than under former President Donald Trump, White House press propagandist Jen Psaki falsely claimed Wednesday that Trump had told people to “inject bleach” as a cure.

Fox News’ Peter Doocy quoted Biden’s statement during the second presidential debate in 2020 that “anyone who is responsible for that many deaths should not remain as President of the United States of America.” About 220,000 Americans had died at that point; more have now died under Biden than Trump. “Is that the standard?” Doocy asked.

Psaki replied testily, repeating the old leftist lie, which Biden himself used on the campaign trail, that Trump had suggested people “inject bleach.” In fact, Trump never told anyone to inject bleach or ingest it, as senile House Speaker Nancy Pelosi claimed on Thursday, saying Trump told people to “swallow Clorox.”

The truth is that Trump was discussing the possibility of using UV light on the body, a technology already being used to disinfect offices and other spaces and which is in development for future use as a way to remove the coronavirus from surfaces. “It wouldn’t be through injection. We’re talking about through almost a cleaning, sterilization of an area.”
