Monday on MSNBC’s Andrea Mitchell Reports, former Barack Obama adviser Valerie Jarrett attributed the current strong economy under President Trump to the efforts of his predecessor.
When asked about the “fairly strong” economy, Jarrett said, “A lot of the benefits of our economy began a while ago when President Obama was in office. We’re heartened to see the progress we’re making.”
She went on to claim that Americans she talks to are worried the Trump administration will gut health care, tear immigrant families apart, and ignore climate change.
