Muslim Rep. Ilhan Omar declared on Twitter Thursday that President Trump “must step down” in the face of alleged impeachable offenses, and that “[a]ny other president would have resigned by now.”
“GAO says Trump violated the law,” Omar began, referring to a Government Accountability Office report released Thursday, which the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) and Department of Defense have disputed, according to Breitbart News. “A Trump associate said Trump ‘knew exactly what was going on.’ Ukraine is investigating whether he surveilled his own Ambassador. Any other president would have resigned by now.”
“Donald Trump and all who have been implicated must step down,” she concluded.
Donald Trump isn’t “any other president.” This one fights back against shameful Democrat lies and their sham impeachment process. Not only is he not going to step down, but he will be acquitted in the upcoming Senate trial.
