It’s been a rough day for failed presidential candidate Hillary Clinton, who found herself on the business end of a lawsuit and a mocking from President Trump.
2020 presidential candidate Rep. Tulsi Gabbard filed a defamation lawsuit on Wednesday against Hillary, who had suggested in October that Gabbard was “the favorite of the Russians.” Gabbard asserts in her complaint that Hillary “deliberately and maliciously made false statements in an attempt to derail” her campaign by alleging that Gabbard is a ‘Russian asset.’
At the time, Gabbard shot back that Hillary is the “queen of warmongers” and accused her of prompting a New York Times hit piece on Gabbard.
Meanwhile, President Trump ridiculed his hapless 2016 opponent in an interview with Fox Business Network on Wednesday, pointing out truthfully, “When Hillary says nobody likes him, nobody likes her,” Trump said in reference to Hillary claiming that “nobody likes” White House contender Bernie Sanders. “That’s why she lost. I mean, nobody liked her.”
