Failed presidential candidate Hillary Clinton is refusing to accept the legal documents related to Rep. Tulsi Gabbard’s $50 million defamation suit against her, according to Breitbart News.
The process server has been unable to deliver the papers to Hillary on at least two occasions, said Gabbard’s attorney Brian Dunne: first at Clinton’s house in Chappaqua on Tuesday afternoon, where he was turned away by Secret Service agents, and then on Wednesday at the Washington, D.C. offices of Clinton’s lawyer David Kendall, who claimed he was unable to accept service on her behalf.
Gabbard filed a defamation lawsuit against Hillary this month after the former Secretary of State suggested Gabbard was a “Russian asset.” Gabbard responded by calling her “the queen of the warmongers.”
“I find it rather unbelievable that Hillary Clinton is so intimidated by Tulsi Gabbard that she won’t accept service of process,” Dunne told The Post. “But I guess here we are.”
