While at Mansfield College in England Monday afternoon to unveil a statue of Eleanor Roosevelt, failed presidential candidate Hillary Clinton began coughing so uncontrollably that she had to request a glass of water.
“Here is Mrs Clinton, spluttering her way through Mansfield College and asking for a glass of water,” tweeted Harrison Jones, an Oxford Mail reporter, who captured the moment on video.
It was strongly reminiscent of the coughing and other health problems that plagued the 70-year-old during her 2016 presidential campaign.
She was also spotted with a back brace earlier this year, which she did her best to hide, but unsuccessfully.
