After casting her electoral vote for prematurely self-declared President-Elect Joe Biden and his VP pick Kamala Harris on Monday, failed presidential candidate and Saul Alinsky protégé Hillary Clinton called for the abolition of the Electoral College system in America.
Hillary, one of New York’s electors, posted a picture to social media celebrating the fact that she cast her vote for Biden and Harris. She then took the opportunity to call for abolishing the Electoral College.
“I believe we should abolish the Electoral College and select our president by the winner of the popular vote, same as every other office. But while it still exists, I was proud to cast my vote in New York for Joe Biden and Kamala Harris,” said the corrupt, ruthlessly ambitious Clinton.
Hillary knows full well why this republic has an Electoral College system, and that it is the only fair way to elect a national leader. It prevents the president from being chosen by the left-wing coastal elites and their uninformed, out-of-touch voter base. It is the reason that the radical Hillary herself was kept out of the Oval Office.
But she and her fellow Democrats are unprincipled power-mongers above all else: if the 2016 election results were reversed and Hillary had won the Electoral College, they would be totally fine with the process instead of pushing for its abolition.
