Following yet another allegation of sexual misconduct against Brett Kavanaugh from decades past, Sen. Kamala Harris called Sunday for the Supreme Court Justice to be impeached.
“I sat through those hearings,” Harris tweeted, referring to Kavanaugh’s confirmation amid a circus of Democrat protests and political grandstanding. “Brett Kavanaugh lied to the U.S. Senate and most importantly to the American people. He was put on the Court through a sham process and his place on the Court is an insult to the pursuit of truth and justice. He must be impeached.”
The latest allegation was reported in a book by two New York Times reporters, but Harris is either unaware of, or indifferent to, the fact that the book’s critics are pointing out that the purported victim has actually denied any such incident occurred.
As Breitbart’s Joel Pollak notes, during Kavanaugh’s confirmation, Harris was criticized for tweeting a deceptively-edited video that made it appear as though he argued against women’s access to birth control.
