Economist Mag Predicts Biden Has 87% Chance of Winning

June 25, 2020

The Economist magazine predicted on Wednesday that cognitively-challenged Democrat candidate Joe Biden has an 87% chance of taking the White House in the November election.

The Economist claimed that “polling, economic and demographic data” show that Biden “is very likely to beat Donald Trump in the electoral college,” and that Trump has only a 13% chance. It also predicted Biden has a 98% chance of winning the “most states” in November and estimated the empty-suit candidate will win 337 electoral votes, but could take as many as 412.

Of course, we all know by now that polls are no guarantee of anything. You will no doubt remember that just prior to the 2016 presidential election, the New York Times infamously predicted that Hillary Clinton had a 91% chance of defeating Trump. Even as late as that election eve, the paper claimed that Clinton still had an 85% shot at the presidency.

Trump demolished those predictions then just as he will demolish The Economist‘s in November.
