Democrat presidential candidate Cory Booker plans to host two separate Hollywood fundraising dinners with A-listers Ben Affleck and Jeffrey Katzenberg, Breitbart reports.
With around $5 million in donations thus far, Booker is lagging behind his competitors, Vermont Sen. Bernie Sanders (with $18.2 million) and California Sen. Kamala Harris ($12 million).
Booker will hold a Los Angeles event on May 29th hosted by an array of Hollywood figures, with each host responsible for raising $10,000 toward Booker’s campaign.
