Clinton Teams with History Channel for Documentary Series

May 8, 2020

Former president Bill Clinton is reportedly partnering with the History Channel to executive produce a new series on the American presidency.

The untitled project reportedly will follow the trials and tribulations that former presidents have faced in office. Clinton is expected to appear on camera himself. A+E President Paul Buccieri said Clinton was asked to join the new project after Clinton participated in a History Talks event: “It’s so gratifying seeing him full immersed in this project as an executive producer. He’s really really involved, breaking the creative, it’s fantastic. It’s quite a personal project for him.”

By moving into the entertainment arena, Clinton is following in the footsteps of former President Barack Obama and First Lady Michelle, who have teamed with Netflix for a multi-million dollar deal to produce content for the streaming service, including a new documentary promoting Michelle’s tour for her bestselling book.

The left knows that the way to frame the narratives of history for younger generations is through entertainment. Conservatives, take heed.
