Rep. Karen Bass, the Congressional Black Caucus (CBC) Chairwoman, insisted on Monday that Democrats had not been unfair to President Trump when they pushed the Russia collusion hoax for the last two years.
In the wake of Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s exoneration of Trump of any collusion in the 2016 election, CNN’s Jim Sciutto asked Barr if she felt that Democrats had sought to “unfairly hang that allegation over his head without evidence sufficient to support it?”
“No, I don’t believe we did that at all,” Bass replied, despite that fact that one of the CBC’s most prominent members, Rep. Maxine Waters, even guaranteed that Trump was guilty.
