Friday on Twitter, failed presidential candidate and Saul Alinsky protege Hillary Clinton, who had the presidency snatched from her reach in Donald Trump’s 2016 election upset, celebrated the social media giant’s permanent ban of President Trump’s personal account.
Over four years ago, on June 9, 2016, Hillary responded to one of then-candidate Trump’s tweets, urging him to delete his account. This past Friday, she retweeted that old message, adding a checkmark to indicate that the deletion of his account had been accomplished.
Twitter permanently suspended President Trump’s personal account on Friday evening “due to the risk of further incitement of violence,” referring to the false Democrat narrative that he incited chaos at the U.S. Capitol on Wednesday.
Twitter also removed the president’s @TeamTrump account, but Trump responded with a message to supporters from the official government @POTUS account: “Twitter employees have coordinated with the Democrats and the Radical Left in removing my account from their platform, to silence me — and YOU, the 75,000,000 great patriots who voted for me.
“Twitter may be a private company, but without the government’s gift of Section 230 they would not exist for long,” Trump continued. “I predicted this would happen and have been negotiating with various other sites, and will have a big announcement soon, while we also look at the possibilities of building out our own platform in the near future. We will not be SILENCED! Twitter is not about FREE SPEECH. They are all about promoting a Radical Left platform where some of the most vicious people in the world are allowed to speak freely. STAY TUNED.”
The totalitarians at Twitter removed those tweets as well.
