According to a recent poll, former Vice President Joe Biden is leading the slate of Democrats seeking to clinch the Party’s nomination for president in 2020.
The Morning Consult/Politico poll found that 26 percent of registered Democrats support Biden, who has not officially declared his candidacy, while 16 percent favor Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-VT) and 9 percent of voters preferred Sen. Kamala Harris (D-CA).
Biden is expected to make an official announcement regarding his bid at the end of January.
