Presidential contender Joe Biden‘s campaign website offers gun owners two options under his gun control plan: sell their AR-15 rifles to the government or register them, according to Breitbart News.
Biden’s plan would apply to AK-47 rifles too, as well as firearms with “high capacity” magazines and ones that fall under the Democrat gun confiscators’ broad, vague label, “assault weapons.” The plan presents those who “possess assault weapons or high-capacity magazines two options: sell the weapons to the government, or register them under the National Firearms Act.”
The website notes that Biden’s position on the Second Amendment is that it “is limited.” Biden and his fellow White House hopefuls would eliminate the 2A entirely if they could.
The buyback-or-register part of Biden’s plan is followed by a pledge to close the [nonexistent] “gun show and online gun sales loophole” as well as other purported “loopholes,” Breitbart notes.
