Biden Calls Capitol Hill Protesters ‘Domestic Terrorists’

January 10, 2021

In a speech in Wilmington, Delaware on Thursday, President-elect Joe Biden smeared President Trump’s supporters in the Capitol Hill demonstration as “domestic terrorists.”

“They weren’t protesters — don’t dare call them protesters. They were a riotous mob, insurrectionists, domestic terrorists,” Biden said — something he never said of Black Lives Matter rioters or Antifa thugs, both groups of which are legitimately domestic terrorists.

Then Biden went on to throw fuel on the fire of this country’s racial division, irrelevantly and falsely claiming, “No one can tell me that if it had been a group of Black Lives Matter protesting yesterday, they wouldn’t have been treated very, very, differently than the mob of thugs that stormed the Capitol.”

Biden then reiterated the false narratives about Trump which Democrats pushed throughout the entire election cycle: that Trump “held the Bible upside down” for a “photo op” in Lafayette Square, that Trump called neo-Nazis “very fine people,” and that the President tried to “stack” the Supreme Court in order to win any electoral challenges in the 2020 election.

“Our Democratic institutions are not relics of another age. They’re what sets this nation apart, they’re the guardrails of our democracy, and that’s why we have no president that’s a king,” he said. Trump never pretended to be king, but the doddering puppet Biden and those pulling his strings will most certainly establish a dictatorial regime.
