Socialist and failed presidential candidate Sen. Bernie Sanders bashed the United States in an interview recently with purported comedienne Sarah Silverman, saying the government “starves little children.”
Sanders’ comments were made during an episode of Silverman’s Hulu series I Love You, America, during which Silverman asked why she wasn’t able to use “dirty words” at the U.S. Senate.
“We just starve little children, we go bomb houses and buses of children and we give tax breaks to billionaires… but we don’t use dirty words,” he replied.
