AOC to Cruz: ‘You Almost Had Me Murdered’ in Capitol Hill Chaos

January 29, 2021

In an unhinged response on Twitter to Sen. Ted Cruz’s tweet agreeing with her call for congressional investigation into a trading scandal, radical Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez told him to “sit this one out” because he almost had her “murdered” in the January 6 Capitol Hill chaos.

“This is unacceptable,” AOC began about the trading controversy. “We now need to know more about @RobinhoodApp’s decision to block retail investors from purchasing stock while hedge funds are freely able to trade the stock as they see fit. As a member of the Financial Services Cmte, I’d support a hearing if necessary.”

Cruz responded on Twitter: “Fully agree.”

AOC lashed out irrationally: “I am happy to work with Republicans on this issue where there’s common ground, but you almost had me murdered 3 weeks ago so you can sit this one out,” adding that she is happy to work with “almost any other GOP” member who is not “trying to get me killed.”

“In the meantime if you want to help, you can resign,” she continued.

Cruz had previously tried to explain to the nut case Ocasio-Cortez, “Leading a debate in the Senate on ensuring election integrity is doing our jobs, and it’s in no way responsible for the despicable terrorists who attacked the Capitol yesterday,” promising her and her “socialist buddies” that he “ain’t going anywhere.”
