Al: Rittenhouse Case Means Right-Wingers Can Infiltrate Protests to ‘Bait’ People

November 22, 2021

Friday on MSNBC’s Deadline: White House, MSNBC host and perpetual race hustler Al Sharpton predictably weighed in on the Kyle Rittenhouse not guilty verdict, arguing that it means right-wingers “can put people in your protest to bait these kinds of interactions and a Kyle-type can therefore then become a hero, coming in with violence and solving a problem that was instigated by people that really wasn’t on your side.”

Sharpton said, “[S]omething that was revealed, but has not been extensively covered is that they found that when there was some violence in Minneapolis after the killing of George Floyd, some of them were right-wingers that did it to make it look like some of the protesters did some of the violence.”

False.

“And my fear…we do a lot of protests, they can put people in your protest to bait these kinds of interactions and a Kyle-type can therefore then become a hero coming in with violence and solving a problem that was instigated by people that really wasn’t on your side. There’s all kind of danger that comes out of the signal that happened today.”

He continued, arguing falsely that Rittenhouse “went to Kenosha looking for trouble” and that he “was the aggressor, looking to do something, apparently not trusting that law enforcement could do it.”

Rittenhouse was a defender of life and property in the face of the real aggressors, the leftist rioters burning down his hometown — specifically the three career criminals who tried to kill him. The reason he couldn’t trust law enforcement to protect Kenosha is because the leftist politicians who run our cities tell the cops to stand down in the face of violent Black Lives Matter “protests.”

Sharpton is not a smart man, only a rabid demagogue trying to put a spin on the Rittenhouse trial that complicit propaganda outlets like MSNBC will happily disseminate.
