ACLU Takes Partisan Position Against Kavanaugh

October 1, 2018

In the wake of Dr. Christine Blasey Ford’s testimony regarding sexual abuse allegations at the hands of Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh, the American Civil Liberties Union has announced its opposition to his nomination.

The board “voted to oppose the nomination of Brett Kavanaugh to the Supreme Court.”
