Mayor Bloomberg Coddles the Newmanite Cult

New York Mayor Bloomberg seems to be living in a little bubble cut off from reality. How else to explain the continuing collaboration between Hizzonah and the lunatic psycho-cult of communist pseudo-psychologists known as the "Newmanites", a dengerous cult now calling itself the "New York Independence Party"? (Previously it had a dozen other aliases.)

The Newmanites are a cult group that broke off from the Lyndon Larouche lunatics and have been in the news because of the openly anti-Semitic statements of its twin gurus. Set up by pseudo-therapist Fred Newman, the cult's best-known guru is Lenore Fulani, an Afrofascist moonbat who is a groupie of the Rev Al and of Louis "Calypso Lou" Farrakhan. Fulani was one of the people marching famously with Rev Al and supporting his position in the infamous Tawana Brawley hoax. Newman's cult spouts a pseudo-theory about "social therapy", which is basically a "therapy method" based on embracing hard-core communism. The "Party's" group sessions link emotional problems topolitical-ideological problems and seek to "heal" clients by directing them to work for Marxist political agendas.

Hizonnah Da Mare in the past failed to keep his distance from the lunabats in the Newmanite movement and has been chummy with the foolish Fulani. This week the executive committee of the Newmanite "New York Independence Party" announced it would endorse Mayor Bloomberg for reelection and the mayor said he would accept the endorsement. I guess he was afraid to endanger his claim to the psychotic hard-core Marxist vote in the Big Apple.

The Newman cult has alreaded received patronage and the personal donations from the mayor in the past. For instance, their "All Stars Project," a make-pretend youth charity and talent contest, received an $8.5 million bond from the city's Industrial Development Agency in 2002.

The Newman-Fulani group is under FBI investigation in California for charities fraud, and a complaint has been filed with State Attorney General Eliot Spitzer alleging abusive treatment of teens in the New York program.

An Internet document released last week, "179 Questions for Lenora Fulani," written by political cult expert Dennis King, also asserts that the group provided misleading information to the IDA while applying for the city loan, that it has a "sordid" history of indoctrinating and exploiting children and teens in previous programs, that it has used a quack form of psychotherapy upon kids, and that it espouses bizarre "theories" on the family, sexuality and the nature of child abuse that make it an inappropriate recipient of taxpayer support.

Fulani and her guru Newman have both been repeatedly denounced as vile anti-Semites by the Anti-Defamation League, due - in part - to their producing a Jew-bashing play that told a distorted version of the Crown Heights violence in 1991. The Anti-Defamation League also published a “research report” called “The New Alliance Party: A Study in Deception.” It begins by describing NAP as “(p)art Marxist sect, part therapy cult …” and includes a section headed “More Hostility Toward Israel and Jews.” Fulani and Newman both love to rant about the "Zionist lobby" and are obsessed with imaginary Jewish cabals.

The New York Post summed it up best:

"It's time for New York's political establishment - led by Mayor Bloomberg - to sever all ties to the anti-Semitic hatemonger Lenora Fulani. "
