In what we trust will be the first in a long series of retractions from gullible bloggers this afternoon, Randy Barnett at Volokh Conspiracy has manfully posted a correction titled, "Horowitz's Alleged `Urban Myth' Story Substantiated."

Step right up, ladies and gents. Don't leave poor Mr. Barnett hanging. You'll have to retract sooner or later, so why not now? The line forms at the rear.
