Honoring "Iran Man" Jimmy Carter

Jimmy Carter is about to have a submarine named after him?

Great; now all we need is the President James Buchanan School of Statesmanship.

Is there no one in the Pentagon man enough to admit that it is simply wrong to name a warship after the pro-Communist, pro-Islamonazi peanut farmer.

Being an SSN, it should be named for a fish, or a city.

An [attack] submarine named, USS Jimmy Carter.... Now there's an oxymoron!

It actually makes sense. We name an aircraft carrier after President Reagan. Aircraft carriers are visible, powerful, unwavering and intimidating. If you're a dictator and you see one off your shore, you know we mean business. Subs are low key, in the middle of nowhere, and banished to a life at sea so they won't contaminate the rest of mankind. Maybe they're trying to give him a clue.

One has to wonder when the US Navy will commission a Bill Clinton ship? And will they be able to find the sailors to man her? (Can one use the terms "man" and "her" anymore?)
