- Suicide bomber who murdered three people at a Tel Aviv bar in 2003
Omar Khan Sharif was a Palestinian terrorist who, under the cover provided by the International Solidarity Movement (ISM), slipped into Israel from Gaza on April 30, 2003 and went to a Tel Aviv beachfront pub strapped with bombs. There, he and an accomplice, Asif Mohammed Hanif, murdered three people and maimed 55, all innocents who were merely enjoying drinks and human company. Days earlier, Sharif and had met with members of the ISM for conversation and tea. ISM members help conceal secret tunnels that are used by Palestinian terrorists to smuggle weapons and bombs from Egypt into Gaza.
