U.S. Not Safe By Aaron Klein Since last week, Hezbollah has fired hundreds of advanced rockets into northern Israeli towns, killing 13 civilians and wounding hundreds. One-third of the Israeli population is currently under rocket threat, including residents in Tel Aviv, which Hezbollah is said to be capable of striking. There is a fear Palestinian groups will attempt to open another front against Israel by stepping up attacks in Jerusalem and Tel Aviv, not only with suicide bombings but possibly with larger-scale attacks. Hezbollah has trained and financed Palestinian groups, particularly the Al Aqsa Martyrs Brigades and Islamic Jihad. Israel already is fighting on two fronts – Lebanon and the Gaza Strip. Below is the full transcript of an interview Aaron Klein conducted today with Abu Nasser, second-in-command of the Al Aqsa Brigades, regarding the threat by Al Aqsa and other Palestinian terrorist groups to Israel during the Jewish state's incursion into Lebanon. Abu Nasser also talks about the threat to the United States. Sections of the interview are excerpted in a WorldNetDaily article today. While some Palestinian terrorists are known to spew empty rhetoric, security analysts here say Abu Nasser is deliberate in his messages and tends to be accurate when discussing his group's capabilities. The Galil Report reveals Abu Nasser and overall Al Aqsa leader Ala Senakreh serve as coordinating agents between the Al Aqsa Brigades and Hezbollah, receiving instructions and financing directly from the Lebanese militia. The Al Aqsa Brigades, an offshoot of Palestinian Authority Chairman Mahmoud Abbas' Fatah party, is responsible for scores of rocket and shooting attacks, and – together with Islamic Jihad – for every suicide bombing since last February's so-called cease-fire. WND: Has Hezbollah asked your group to commit attacks inside Israel now? Abu Nasser: We do not forget that Hezbollah was the first to help us in this Intifada and it is normal that they expect us to act here inside Palestine in order to help them in the ugly war that the Nazi-Zionist enemy is carrying against them. We do not need to receive instructions from Hezbollah, but we understand from our connections with them that carrying attacks inside Palestine can be very helpful. As Muslims, we need and we must help our brothers. WND: You understand from your connections? Be frank, did Hezbollah ask you to carry out attacks? Abu Nasser: I understand that you are looking for a sensation, but I will say once again that we and our brothers in the Hezbollah agree that carrying attacks at this moment can help our Islamic nation in its big battle that is taking place now in Lebanon but also in Palestine. WND: What are your feelings about the Israeli operation in Lebanon? Why are you so aligned with Hezbollah – they are Shiite, you Sunni. Abu Nasser: First, let me say that if the Zionists and their servants the Americans are trying to separate the Muslim world in creating a Shiite nation and a Sunni nation; it does not mean that we will fall in this trap. We all are Muslims and we have the same faith. We hope that our brothers in the Hezbollah will create a situation, a military situation that will allow us to use all the arms we have in order to deepen the Israeli crisis. We believe that Israel is facing its end and we cannot stay away. We will contribute our part. This is the first time that the feeling that this is the end of Israel is more than a dream or a wishful thinking. We are very but very proud when we see the huge success and achievements of our Lebanese brothers. Just to see how Israel is hesitating and embarrassed, we understand that Israel is in deep trouble. We are only very sorry to see the suffering of the civilian Lebanese, but this is the price that those who believe in Allah must pay in this hard travel of the Jihad WND: If Israel increases its operations massively in Lebanon – such as sending ground troops in – Hezbollah has warned it will retaliate with rockets into Tel Aviv. Does your group have plans to up the violence against Israel in a very significant way if Israel increases attacks in Lebanon? Abu Nasser: Yes. We are following the fights and we are taking all the necessary measures in order to strike when the convenient moment cones. For the moment we see that Hezbollah is winning but if – Allah forbid – there is a turnover in the war, we will not hesitate to carry out the plans we are working on since the cease-fire. Yes, we will use rockets. We will target Tel Aviv airport. We will not abandon our brothers WND: If Israel attacks Iran, what will be your group's response? How about if it attacks Syria? Don't just tell me "surprises" – let's hear some of what you can do. Abu Nasser: If any Arabic and Muslim people is attacked by the Israelis we will respond. We will hit with all the weapons and tools we have. Since the creation of the PLO in the 60s, one of our goals has been to turn this conflict into a real Arab-Israeli confrontation and we believe that this moment in becoming close. Our surprises are known – we are speaking about suicide attacks, rockets but these known weapons will be used in a different way so that the army will be obliged to divide its power between here and Lebanon. If the enemy will mobilize all its reserve, it will be a huge economical loss. It will turn easier our chances to hit inside Palestine, and we believe that a double war will convince all the Russians and other immigrants who invade our lands to run away from here WND: Do you or any Palestinian group have anti-aircraft missiles in the West Bank? When would such missiles be used? During Israeli attack on Syria? Iran? Is Ben Gurion threatened? Abu Nasser: I said already that Tel Aviv airport can be targeted. I will not say what rockets and missiles we have, but I can say that we have all that is necessary to turn our occupied Palestine into hill where all the monkeys, the unbelievers, will be burned and will call for rescue, but as Allah says, they will be rescued from this hill with a liquid that will burn them harder. WND: Israel is now fighting on two fronts – Gaza and Lebanon. Do you have plans to open a third front in the West Bank, perhaps by rocketing Israeli towns there? When will you open third front? Abu Nasser: Who said that the West Bank is not an open front? Yesterday the Israelis arrested one of our brothers who were supposed to present a gift to our brothers in Lebanon, a suicide attack with big numbers of Israelis killed. Yesterday's attempt failed, but we swear we will keep trying until the Jews will fill all the airports of the world asking for a shelter in the countries where from they came to Palestine . The West Bank is already a front and it will become very hot very soon. WND: Has Al Aqsa sent fighters to Lebanon to serve with Hezbollah? Abu Nasser: No. We are an independent organization, but I am sure that many Fatah members and fighters in Lebanon are participating in the war side by side with our brothers in the Hezbollah. Our fight here is a help to Hezbollah WND: Nasrallah said this week the U.S. is a target because of its support of Israel's campaign in Lebanon. Is the U.S. a target for your group? U.S. interests oversees or American targets here? Abu Nasser: It is no doubt that we are not targeting American goals for political reasons. The Americans deserve to be targeted because of their support to the enemy, but I am also sure that this situation will not last forever. It is a question of time that the revolutionary organizations in the Middle East will start targeting the Americans. One can say that these are threats but the near past proved that these threats come more and more into reality. Believe me it is a new era and I am suggesting to the American people to adopt a different policy and strategy because very soon they will deal with a unified Muslim world but without the help of their agents in the Middle East – the Arab traitor leaders and the Zionists who will be gone. |
